Returns & Refund Policy

At, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our sim cards.


We accept returns for sim cards shipped within the United States, if received within 21 days from the date of purchase, and if the sim card is returned unused, not activated, and in the original undamaged package.

To initiate a return, please contact us by providing your order number and the reason for the return (in case we can help resolving your issue).

Once we receive the sim card and verify that it is unused and undamaged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, and will be processed within 7 business days from the receipt of the returned sim card.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sim cards that are shipped internationally. This because customs processes and fees both ways can be complicated and expensive. We recommend that you carefully review the sim card specifications and requirements before making a purchase.
